"Power Plus" shoe plate (PPSP)

It is well known now that the further your feet are apart your balance will improve and your power will increase, this fact is very relevant in strength conditioning and in many other sports.

The ability to move the feet apart in rowing has always been controlled by tradition and boat builders.

Rowfit International has been developing stretchers now for 10 years and have been an advocate of wide feet placements in our stretchers from day one. We already offer wide feet positions with the recently release new range of the FAS (Fully Adjustable Stretcher).

Max width stretchers were used by Australian M2- and M2x that won Gold Medals at the Beijing Olympics

Rowfit "Power Plus" shoe plates were use by M4x whilst setting an Olympic and World best time.

The new PPSP now allows you the opportunity to convert your existing stretchers.
